St. John’s, Antigua – July 2026 – The Metropolitan University College of Medicine (MUCM Antigua) is proud to announce that Dr. Sarvadaman Pathak, MD, BCMAS, our esteemed Faculty and Director of Research, has been invited as a distinguished speaker at the 44th Annual AAPI Convention and Scientific Assembly (AAPI CON 2026).
The event, organized by the American Association of Physicians of Indian Origin (AAPI), is the premier gathering of physicians of Indian origin, bringing together leaders, innovators, and visionaries from across the healthcare spectrum. This year’s convention will be held from July 2-5, 2026, at the iconic JW Marriott Tampa Water Street in Tampa, Florida.
Dr. Pathak will be speaking on the theme “The Resilient Physician: Building Purpose After Adversity,” a topic that resonates deeply with healthcare professionals navigating the challenges of modern medicine. The convention itself features a robust program including continuing medical education (CME) sessions, policy discussions, and cultural programming, while also marking the 250th anniversary of America’s independence.
