Mr. Tirumal Devulapalli
Vice President – Administration and Business Development
Mr. Venkata Tirumal Devulapalli (TD) is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with a diverse and accomplished career spanning the IT and retail industries. With a passion for leveraging technology to drive business growth, Mr. TD has demonstrated expertise in both sectors, creating innovative solutions and scaling successful ventures.
Mr. TD holds two master’s degrees: one in Information Technology and another in Management, both earned from prestigious universities in the United States. This dual academic background has equipped Mr. TD with a unique blend of technical expertise and strategic leadership, making him highly effective in bridging the gap between technology and business operations.
Mr. TD’s career journey began with a strong foundation in the IT industry, where he honed his skills in software development, systems integration, and IT consulting. His entrepreneurial spirit led him to found and manage multiple startups, where he introduced cutting-edge technologies and streamlined operations for clients across various sectors.
In the retail industry, Mr. TD’s entrepreneurial ventures focused on integrating e-commerce platforms, optimizing supply chains, and implementing digital marketing solutions to help brands thrive in an increasingly competitive marketplace. Mr. TD’s deep understanding of both traditional retail operations and emerging digital trends allowed him to build transformative solutions that revolutionized the customer experience.
Currently, Mr. TD serves as the Vice President of The Metropolitan University, where he plays a pivotal role in advancing the institution’s initiatives in technology and administration. As a leader at Metropolitan University, Mr. TD focuses on driving innovation in the academic and research sectors, fostering collaboration between industry and academia, and enhancing the university’s global reputation.

Dr. Bhadresh K. Patel, MD
Director and Executive Committee Member
Dr. Bhadresh Patel is a practicing physician in the State of Florida. Dr. Patel graduated from Hahnemann University in 1995 and also attended KLM School of Medicine and Research for general surgery from 1987-1990. He then became Board Certified in 1996. Dr. Bhadresh Patel has more than 23 years’ experience with an established group practice as he has been in practice with West Florida Medical Associates since 1995. He has worked at various levels from secretary, to treasurer, and president. He also serves as the Executive strategic administrator for NEXT ACO of Nature Coast. He is affiliated with Citrus Memorial Hospital where he serves as Chief of Staff. Dr. Bhadresh is the recipient of several awards notably Patient’s choice award during multiple years. He served on QA Committee, Peer Review Committee, Ethics Committee, and Physician Advisory Board. He was active staff of Seven Rivers Hospital and previous Chief of Staff from 2015 – 2017.

Mr. Dilli Babu Ganesan

Dilli Babu Ganesan is a seasoned management executive with over 23 years of experience in the industry, specializing in process automation, operations efficiency, and digitization. Currently serving in a leadership role at one of America’s leading multinational companies, Dilli Babu has played a pivotal part in driving technological advancements and streamlining operations. A proud member of Toastmasters International, Dilli Babu values effective communication and leadership development. Outside of work, Dilli Babu is an avid traveler, trekker, and sports enthusiast, always seeking new adventures and challenges. Holding a Master’s degree in Computers, Dilli Babu continues to stay at the forefront of technological innovation while balancing a passion for personal growth and outdoor exploration.

Dr. Vrajlal L. Rajyaguru, MD
Director and Executive Committee Member
Dr. Raj was born and raised in a small farming village in Gujarat, India. He first traveled to the city for medical school, and pursued further training in the USA. He conducted and published vascular surgery research prior to his residency training in surgery and anesthesiology at New York Medical College. After training, Dr. Raj has practiced Pain Management in a variety of settings, including various hospitals and freestanding clinics. Prior to establishing Advanced Pain Clinic in Central Florida, he practiced in Pennsylvania.
When Dr. Raj began practicing Pain Management, the field was in its infancy. His natural curiosity regarding chronic pain conditions has led to continuous, substantial improvements in Dr. Raj’s practice over his 25 year career. He is proud to offer a variety of therapies for complex pain patients when conservative management has failed, including various nerve blocks, radiofrequency ablation, joint injections, morphine pump management, and other therapies. Due to his curiosity and experience, he has developed effective approaches to treating chronic intractable headaches and low back pain.
Dr. Raj is board certified by the American Board of Anesthesiologists and the American Board of Pain Medicine. He was recently awarded a fellow degree by the American Board of Disability Analysts. He has privileges at Osceola Regional Medical Center and Heart of Florida Hospital. Dr. Raj has received many awards in different fields over the years, including Physician of the Year, Honorary Chairman, and Honorary Co-chairman by the Physician Advisory Board of National Republican Congressional Committee. He received the “American Medal of Honor” by the American Biographical Institute in 2002. Dr. Raj is proud to regularly provide charity medical care in his home state of Gujarat, India. He understands the impact of chronic pain on patients’ abilities to earn a living, participate in activities, and live a meaningful life, and aims to reduce that burden.
